Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2025

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EditFlow at editflow.filelabs.org ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. EditFlow is operated by FileLabs.

Description of Service

EditFlow is a free, browser-based image editing tool. All image processing is performed locally in your web browser. We do not upload, store, or process your images on any server. The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Use of the Service

You agree to use EditFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to edit, create, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service beyond what is available in the browser
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all images and content you edit using EditFlow. We make no claim of ownership over your files, as they never leave your device.

Our Content: The EditFlow name, logo, design, and source code are the intellectual property of FileLabs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FileLabs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Since all processing occurs locally in your browser, we are not responsible for any data loss resulting from browser crashes, device failures, or user error.

Third-Party Services

EditFlow may include advertisements served by Google AdSense and load resources from third-party CDNs (Tailwind CSS, Lucide Icons). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Since EditFlow operates entirely in the browser, termination simply means the website may become unavailable.
